1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • To cancel, contact us via [Mail] / [Phone number] / WhatsApp with your order number.

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, refer to the return policy.

2. Returns

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product, along with photographic proof.
     

  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories should be intact (unless damaged during transit or defective).

3. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you wish to exchange for a different color/model (same price or with adjustment), it is subject to availability.
     

  • We may offer replacement rather than refund if preferred and possible.

  • After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund within 10–12 business days.
     

  • Any restocking, shipping, or handling charges (if applicable) will be deducted, but we will disclose that before proceeding.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the fault is ours (wrong / defective / damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.
     

  • If the return is due to change of mind or other non-fault reasons, you may need to bear the return shipping.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
